Van has over 11 years HR experience working within various industries including retail, professional services, warehousing and distribution. Over the years, she has operated with key stakeholders and draws her specialist knowledge from this to offer support and guidance to her client base at Quest. Van holds a Masters qualification in Human Resources and is CIPD qualified. Her breath of HR experience spreads across all HR disciplines including aligning HR deliverables to business strategy, employee relations, organisational design and development, cost reduction strategies and change projects. In Van's spare time she takes part in Body Combat classes at the gym.
Having started a career as a police officer; Jill changed careers to HR & Training dealing with Equality & Diversity in the workplace. Jill has over 15 years’ experience in HR, working in the UK, Europe and Australia. Jill is passionate about Diversity, Inclusion and HR and has supported companies in managing their HR and training needs. She has a wealth of expertise across HR, dealing with challenging casework, TUPE transfers, redundancies, company restructure projects, mediation, training, organisational development systems, equality and diversity. Jill has worked in a variety of industries including; logistics, insurance, manufacturing, healthcare and the travel industry.
Arti has developed her HR knowledge and experience from both operational and outsourced consultancy-based HR positions. Arti provides support and advice on a range of HR matters including employee relations casework, managing redundancies, disciplinary matters, and appraisals. Her background includes working for medium to large organisations in various industries.
Maria started her career in HR within the consultancy area, with a specific focus on employment documentation and policies initially and more recently moving to dealing with complex employee relation matters. Maria is a fully qualified CIPD member, which compliments her knowledge and experience enabling her to provide sound employment law advice.
Karen is an experienced HR and Employment Law Advisor; she has experience in both private sector companies and outsourced consultancy-based HR positions. This experience enables her to offer pragmatic, best practice, and commercial advice in a range of HR matters including grievances, disciplinary’s, managing redundancies and complex employee relation casework. Karen is a fully qualified CIPD member, which contributes to her knowledge and experience. In Karen’s spare time she enjoys working out and spending time with family.
Andy is a Chartered Member of the Institution of Occupational Safety & Health (IOSH) and holds both NEBOSH & NCRQ qualifications. He is also a qualified Mental Health First Aid Instructor. Andy is often found studying the latest updates to legislation to keep his knowledge up to date and provide the best advice. He has a passion for health and safety and experience in a range of environments from large corporates to small business, Andy is well placed to support you in all your health and safety needs.
Jatinder is qualified non-practising Solicitor, he has over 22 years advisory experience in Employment law, HR matters and Employment Tribunal litigation. He manages the legal and HR advice line team ensuring the delivery of advice is effective verbally and in correspondence. He has experience in training and coaching work colleagues in all aspects of legal and employment matters. With his sound understanding of issues arising with in the workplace environment, Jatinder aims to deliver clear and concise client focussed advice.
Anoop is an experienced HR Advisor and is part of the Telephone Advice Line Team. Anoop has worked in both the public and private sector, providing Employment Law advice ranging from grievances, disciplinaries, performance management, attendance management and mediation. Anoop is a trained mediator and provides down to earth, pragmatic, commercial advice. Outside of work, Anoop actively participates as a CIPD Board Member of East Midlands.
Raj is an experienced legal and employment law advisor working on our telephone advice line. He also provides bespoke consultancy services to a range of clients. As well as dealing with non-contentious matters, Raj has experience with a range of contentious matters including issuing County Court claims, debt collection, statutory demands and accelerated eviction proceedings. Raj is proficient at advising on and reviewing employment contracts, company handbooks, health and safety policies, data protection policies and internet policies.
Shabir has over 30 years experience as an employment and legal telephone advisor. He is competent in advising both individuals and organisations on all legal, employment and health and safety matters and providing bespoke legal and employment consultancy services. Shabir has a particular interest in health and safety and has a NEBOSH General Certificate.
