Comply with the legal requirements of recording accidents at work

Following an accident or incident employers should record details of all occurrences and subsequent investigations so that if the accident becomes reportable under the Reporting of Incidents, Diseases, Dangerous Occurrences Regulations (RIDDOR) they have all the information required.

Accident records made at the time are also useful should civil action be taken in a claim for damages at a later date. 

The B1510 Accident Book will allow you to comply with the legal requirements of recording accidents at work.

This book also contains guidance on the Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations and the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981.
