Marketing Coordinator

JOB TITLE: Marketing Coordinator 

REPORTING TO: Head of Sales 

SALARY: Starting at £20,000

LOCATION: Head Office located at Windsor House, Troon Way Business Centre, Humberstone Ln, Thurmaston, Leicester LE4 9HA (preferred location North - M1 corridor)

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible as a team member to:

• • Assist the Marketing Team on daily and routine tasks e.g. Social Media and Monthly Newsletter
  • Create filler and promotional content for the company brand.
  • Create and report analytics from our website, social media and email campaigns.
  • Understand how to create webinars for the company and take ownership of the event.
  • Use Jira to track tasks and keep updated.
  • Provide campaigns to our partnerships.
  • Source and use data for direct marketing campaigns.
  • Generate, plan and implement ideas for brand and company awareness.
  • Liaise with internal teams for content and marketing material
  • Liaise with our partners for promotion and collaborations

   

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

The successful candidate will:

• • Copywriting, Editing and Proof-reading skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel and adobe suite
  • Working knowledge of content management systems and automated marketing software
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • understanding of digital and social marketing best practices
  • Ability to Edit and create Videos
  • Drafting marketing materials such as flyers, newsletters, and posters
  • Monitoring competitor activities and finding leads for the company
  • Ability to edit, create and publish Videos on content management systems and online platforms
  • Ability to create marketing collateral for the company and partners
